Can the Retroid Pocket Duo play DSi games?
Partly, and no reviewer has tested DSi mode on a Duo yet.
Most DSi-enhanced cartridges also run as regular DS games, and those work well on the Duo (see the DS answer). DSi mode is a separate case.
WatermelonDS describes itself as a DS and DSi emulator. Its release notes cover DSi BIOS, firmware and NAND files, so DSi mode needs those system files. Its README still lists DSiWare titles in the ROM list and DSi SD card support as missing features.
